The Secret Millionaire
Posted by Jay
This very interesting and inspirational item came to us by way of Moe Arora at MakingTheMogul.com.
Most of us say that we’re working towards financial freedom and the ability to take care of ourselves, our families and our loved ones.
That’s an highly respectable goal to have – and one that I believe most of us share.
But does it stop there?
What about giving back and helping bring positive change to your community?
Where does that fit into your plan? – MakingTheMogul.com
Moe introduces us to the story of Gurbaksh Chahal a.k.a “G”.
G’s parents came to the U.S, from India, with $25 dollars and settled, with G, into a one bedroom apartment shared by 7 people.
At the age of 16, G started a small internet advertising company in his bedroom. 2 years later he sold his venture for $40 million dollars.
By the time he was 25, G was responsible for building a portfolio of start up companies worth $340 million dollars.
G is one bad dude.
Learn more about G’s story, in his own words, in this New York Times post.
