After a 24-hour bad weather delay, Brookyn’s Jay-Z and Harlem’s Alicia Keys took to the stage to perform their hit hometown anthem, “Empire State of Mind,” in the Bronx before Game 2 of the World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday night.
